Hello all! My name is Andy Myers, I'm 28 years old and I live in Clairemont Mesa with my roommate Sean . We have our own house, its great! At first I was scared to move out on my own, but I love it now because I have my own privacy and I can laugh as loud as I want! During the week I attend a day program called United Cerebral Palsy. I get to go out into the community everyday! On Monday's I volunteer at Alvarado Hospital where I escort people to their destination. On Tuesday's and Thursday's I work at Ready Stamps, which is fun because I hang around people I went to elementary school with. I help make rubber stamps there. On Wednesday's I volunteer at Momma's Kitchen and I help bag cookies for people with HIV and AIDS. On Friday's I volunteer at the Old Town School Program where I help supervise kids during lunch time.Man I got to tell you I love the weekends! I like to exercise, visit the old group home where Sean used to live, go to the movies, go the beach, take pictures and go out to eat. During the week and the weekends I like to watch TV shows like cops and Despierta America and play on the computer.

I have great team of staff. They help me with all my wants and needs and are always there for me. I really appreciate all that they do! Also, my family plays a big role in my life. I love them very much and they help support me with everything I need. I talk to my parents on a regular basis and see them every Sunday. We go to church, enjoy a nice meal and go grocery shopping together.
